Good receipe, but a little too much onion. I used a yellow onion because its all I had- will try a Vidalia next time like the recipe calls for, but will probably use less than the recipe calls for. I would add a little more garlic and some grated parmesan.""

I made this dish as an appetizer to bring to my husband's family's Thanksgiving dinner. It was a huge hit- several people requested it again for next year. I made it up the night before in a small casserole dish and then baked it in the oven the next day. It worked out great. Very easy and inexpensive, as well as pleasing. Ignore the bad reviews...

Very good!! I used my mini food processor to do all the chopping/mincing, really sped it up. Drizzle a little more olive oil on top than recipe calls for. Adding some extra cheese on top would be good too.
