Reviewed Chinese Braised Short Ribs

"I didn't want short ribs so I used 1" bone in chops. (less Fat. Didn't use the 5 spice, added pinch of cinnamon& ground glove,black pepper,and tps of Ms. Dashes. In a large bowl mixed stewed tomatoes, soup mix, spices, hoisin sauce, 1 tbs seame seed oil, and a shake or 2 of rice wine vinegar. Loaded the crockpot with root veggies and cabbage. Browned the chops with lemon pepper and garlic salt placed on top. Poured mixture over and cooked on high for 4 hours.. It was outstanding. Cooking is a method if you don't like something don't add it and add what you like...
