I didn't want short ribs so I used 1" bone in chops. (less Fat. Didn't use the 5 spice, added pinch of cinnamon& ground glove,black pepper,and tps of Ms. Dashes. In a large bowl mixed stewed tomatoes, soup mix, spices, hoisin sauce, 1 tbs seame seed oil, and a shake or 2 of rice wine vinegar. Loaded the crockpot with root veggies and cabbage. Browned...
