I let mine go just a tad too long and it was still good but I agree with all other reviewers - don't take it too far - it will harden as it cools so when it's good and brown, remove from pan. Delicious.

Sensational. I added about 8 small cloves of garlic between the layers. The beauty is that the swiss cheese is scant, however, it makes not a cheesy potato but rather the cheese melts into the cream. I made this for a group I catered for and there was not a smidge left on the plates.

cinnamon and sugar is always a good combo. but these muffins are tasteless. A real lack of anything - sort of like they came from a box. Maybe if they were made with butter instead of shortening. Won't try this one again."
