About Me
Welli have been in the cooking industry for 16 years, between resturants and catoring. I did go to cooking school in CT for over a year, then had an oppurtunity to work under a great local chef, Bill Archabale, and learned a great deal. I cook localy in my area. I am working on my own cook book, and conversing with local tv stations like cptv trying to promot a cooking show.
