Reviewed Roasted Pork Loin with Brussels Sprouts, Shallots, Garlic

Fabulous pork. One thing I noticed - maybe others did too who saw the show, she clearly put the mustard sauce on the roast BEFORE putting the meat in the oven @ 500 degrees. And not peeling the garlic - who would have known but it sure works. "

Melissa has sone great ideas and this is really good. I don't peel carrots anymore - there's a ton of good stuff in the peeling so I always leave it on. Saves time too. Just wash them good and keep it simple."

I would give this 10 stars if I could. I first made it according to the recipe - very good but then thought I'd add a little something as others did. So next time I microwaved 5 very large sweet potatoes (left the skin on) then cut them into smaller slices, added 3 sliced Jonathan apples (left the peel on) and one medium sliced onion (took the ...

this is terrific and how fun to see Stephanie's family too. It's too bad that whoever puts these recipes on here doesn't follow what is done on TV. It was definitely skin side up at the beginning which does make sense as stated by another reviewer. "

Ina is terrific but whoever types the ingredients on the website needs to proof their typing. As retireebet said, it's only 2 slices red pepper. "

Good stuff - maybe the previous reviewer didn't notice it meant Kosher Salt - that happens a lot on here. Most of us know to cut down on spicy stuff if we're not crazy about it. "

Was that a real US FLAG she used as a table cloth? Sorry, it's about the flag this time - it's wrong to use an American Flag for anything other than it's intended purpose.

Can't believe how good these are - never tried them before & never wanted to until I saw this show. Even Paula thought they were too hot when she took a big bite so I was warned & used only 1 tablespoon pepper flakes. Also used less salt and a bigger pan. Gina likes hot stuff, Paula loves butter & Bobby's into spicy so if I want to use their recipes...

Yummy. Remember you don't have to make them as big, I only used 1/4 lb. beef & made 2 flatter burgers that fit our mouth then used less of everything else too. There is an Article as well as Video here to help you pick meat and make this if you missed the show. I'm going to try these toppings on other every day stuff like cube steak.

Another great and simple idea from Tyler. As he said "don't mess" too much. Turn only once so they don't break. He used Kosher Salt so add more or less salt or other spices to your own taste.

This is a computer - a machine and people input the information for the reipes, the chef doesn't do the typing nor does he ever read it later so there are mistakes. If it sounds like too much salt,...
