Reviewed Pepperoni Pizza Dip
"Excellent! I made this without the red pepper, shrooms and shallot. I fried up the pepperoni first and used the oil to fry my onions for the pizza sauce. I shredded my fresh mozzarella and used some packaged as well but during the superbowl party, it was hard for guests to get the cheese apart. next time I will use a knife to slice out pre-portions before serving. Still, the dish was sooo good!
