Reviewed Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummus

I made it to take to a friends and they loved it. I did leave out the jalapeno peppers, didn't want to make it too hot. The texture came out perfect and it was full of flavor! Also, i blended with 1/3 less olive oil and it came out great, not salsa like. Good with toasted pitas, fried tortillas, or tortilla chips!""
