"Made this for Mother's Day brunch and the family (including 4 children 10 and under) LOVED it! I added thinly sliced mushrooms I had on hand. (can't have too many veggies) I love frittata's because you can add anything you like to make it your own. The one request: I should have made two! Big Daddy strikes again."
