Reviewed Seared Ahi Tuna with Ginger Beets and Seaweed Salad

"Loved this recipe. Delicicious and flavorful! I used yellow beets and carrots. The color combination was beautiful. We had pretty thick cuts of Sushi grade Ahi and we bbq'd at high high about 1 1/2 minutes on each side. That was plenty for our liking. Nothing like fresh fish from the Farmer's Market! Did not attempt the Seaweed salad. We had fr"

Reviewed Herb-Roasted Fish

"So simple and beautiful presentation. Salt seemed like it would be a little much but does add flavor. Mostly followed the recipe pretty closely using Black Cod(yum!). Had Kalamata olives on hand so used those and they were wonderful! Kept the Greek theme going with roasted potatoes with lemon and feta cheese. Wonderful but would like to try the Po"

Reviewed Sage Potatoes Au Gratin

"Sunny - great recipe!! Okay, I altered a bit by adding thinly sliced sweet onions and used cheese I had on hand. But the basic recipe was solid, so thank you! Loved the cayenne pepper. Added a nice layer of heat and flavor. ""

Reviewed Double Chocolate Bread Pudding with Bourbon Whipped Cream

"Made this for Super Bowl tonight. It was a big hit! Added about 3 to 4 T of bourbon to the egg mixture for a little kick and the flavor was amazing! I had to cut down the proportions by one egg and cut back everything else to balance it out. Just didn't have large enough dish for everything! It was still great.Thank you Sunny!""

Reviewed Hazelnut Pumpkin Pie

"Yum!! Big hit at Thanksgiving! Thanks Sunny. Glad I read the reviews too. I did add a bit more cinnamon and nutmeg as well, and let it cook longer, until it set up. It was wonderful!! Love your show! ""

Reviewed Greek Moussaka

"Awesome combo of flavors. I used ground sirloin instead of lamb. Loved the flavors together. I wish I had read one of the reviewers suggetion to add some ground cinnamon to the recipe. The cinn stick works but needs to simmer awhile to impart the flavor to the dish and I just didn't have that much time with my hungry crowd! I will make again!! Thanks Tyler!

Reviewed Roasted Shrimp and Orzo

"This was so easy and flavorful. We had a warm January day in So Cal, and I wanted something delicious and easy. I roasted the onion and garlic while I was cooking the Orzo since we don't like raw onions. I added chopped spinach, steamed slivered carrots and capers since I didn't have cucumbers. Glad to see many cut down on the dill, so did I. I liked roasting the shrimp as it keeps them tender. I will use this recipe again and will try it with the cucumbers in the Spring! I agree it would taste better if given a chance to rest for a while.

Reviewed Grilled Salmon with Key Lime Butter

"Quick and easy! I made this for a special Sunday night dinner and it turned out wonderful. Cut down to 3T of butter with regular fresh lime juice (key lime not in season)and cooked in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. I brushed on the butter lime mixture, then salt and pepper. My family said they wouldn't mind having this every week!
