Awesome combo of flavors. I used ground sirloin instead of lamb. Loved the flavors together. I wish I had read one of the reviewers suggetion to add some ground cinnamon to the recipe. Quick and easy! I made this for a special Sunday night dinner and it turned out wonderful. Cut down to 3T of butter with regular fresh lime juice (key lime not in season)and cooked in a 400 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. I brushed on the butter lime mixture, then salt and pepper. My family said they wouldn't mind having this every week!
