Reviewed Cranberry Orange Scones
"These are delicious! I gave 4 stars rather than 5 as I would like mine to have a bit more orange flavor- perhaps I'll add more orange zest next time and use orange flavored cranberries but other than that very good! I also used half whole wheat flour (2 cups) and half all purpose flour.
Reviewed Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
"These are good but nothing special- definitely lacking a wow factor. Maybe they could have benefited from chocolate chips (or white chocolate chips) and some nuts. Just a rather basic, OK oatmeal cookie. I doubt I'll make them again.
