It was great. I used swordfish. I made way too much fruit. but it was delicious. the warm fish with the cold fruit and the heat of the peppers made for a perfect harmony of spice and temperature and texture. And such a great light and fulfilling meal."

The yeild for this recipe is 24 not 12. If you try putting all of this batter in 12 cups it will spill over. yThe cake is light almost a pancake type texture. Very tasty."
