"We make these ALOT, I use onion rolls (look like hamburger buns) toast them and I use the tubs of creamcheese with chives. You have to watch how you layer them if you put tomato, avocado and egg all together it will be hard to eat (sloppy)layer it with bacon and onion between the moist stuff."
