Reviewed Carrot and Pineapple Cake
"This is the best carrot cake recipe ever! I used a small can of crushed pineapple well drained instead of fresh and it works well. I am always asked to bring this cake to family birthdays and any get-togethers. It is so moist and flavorful and easy to make. Friends that said they didn't care for carrot cake ate this and raved over it!!"
