I made this dish in my Le Crueset dutch oven. The meat was tender and flavorful. The liquid was way too spicy. The flavor of the liquid was wonderful...for about two seconds! That is when the heat of the peppers sneaks up on you. I agree with other reviews, that you should only use one or two of the peppers.""
