Reviewed Ron's Carrot Cake with White Chocolate Buttercream
"The carrot cake is great.Moist and light. The Buttercream frosting dreadful. You may as well just spread pure butter over the cake. I've always done a cream cheese frosting on carrot cake and its a thousand times better. Don't waste your time or ingredients on this less than genious frosting recipe. YUCK!!!"
