I plan on brining my bird this year but have 2 questions. Can anyone help? I usually use the pan drippings for my gravy. Does anyone else do this and was the gravy overly salty? Also, instead of stuffing the cavity with aromatics, I plan on doing stuffing? Has anyone done that and was the stuffy overly salty because of the brine????
