“This is a great recipe!! Ive never used Israeli couscous before,it is very good.
I liked the consincetey of the little pearl pasta, I could not stop eating it.
The only weird thing was after I cooked it and drained it looked mushy. However, after I added it all to the ingredients, it wasn't mushy anymore. Huh?

“I just made this last night. Very tasty and crunchy. My chops were thicker and frenched, so they took a little longer. I also used panko since I did not have any regular bread crumbs on hand. Anyway, they were perfect. The salad was very garlicy which I loved... I also used spinach and mixed greens. I added some very thinly slice red onion, as well"”

“maybe it did not come out right (rubbery). Sometimes the weather can effect baking. its just a thought. maybe try again. I have hears them talk about weather condintions effecting baking. I guess its a chemistry thing?
