Reviewed grilled salmon with herbed butter sauce

Oct 28, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

Fantastic! My husband loves this dish and raves about it every time. The only change I made was use basil in place of the tarragon. I am not a fan. I have used both fresh and dried. Fresh obviously gives it a better result but dried is still delicious. I want to try it with boneless chicken breasts next.

Advice, use GOOD Olive Oil. I used some very CHEAP stuff and you could definitely taste the difference. The honey lemon syrup soaked in was very good. I enjoyed it a lot but next time won't use cornmeal since it was too close to cornbread for me. But with the exception of that I would definitely recommend it.

Very good soup. I used frozen brocolli and it was only two cups. But it still worked out. Soup is very thick and creamy."

The cake tasted very good but it was dry. This cake has almost no moisture to it. I am making it again tonight and I will add 2/3 cups of boiling water. The water will make it moist and should eliminate the crunchiness."

Delicious! I took everyone's word and doubled the sauce. I don't like too much soy sauce so I did three tablespoons instead of four and it was great. My boyfriend prefers shrimp to chicken so that was my only substitute. I definitely would recommend it."

Delicious! The only change I would recommend would be the salt content. Chicken broth already has enough salt in it so her 2tsp was too much for me. Next time I either will cut it back to a half tsp or none at all. Other than that it was great. Give it a try :)"

These were fantastic! Now, I am not much of a salmon eater (it is my boyfriend) but I thought I would give these a go and it was great. Lovely flavor, texture, and very moist. I sometimes dry out salmon but with this recipe it is very hard to do ( probably the egg). I would definitely recommend the recipe. I did substitute onions for the peppe...
