"A big success with my family. After reading some of the reviews, I did reduce the amount of vodka slightly (just down to 3/4 cup) and simmered it off a bit longer (5 minutes) just to make sure the alcohol wouldn't be problem. The taste was still fantastic. Easy to make and definitely a new dinner favorite on busy school nights.""
