“Wow, what a great marinade. The meat came out so moist and tender! Fabulous!!!
I smoked mine for about 5 hours then transferred it to a roasting pan, sealed it with foil and tossed it on the oven for 5 more hours at 225 degrees, it was fall apart tender and delicious."”
