Reviewed Linguine with Shrimp and Lemon Oil
"This was a very tasty treat. The lemon was light and not over powering at all. We did find heaviness in using the linguine however; it was just a bit much for our tastes and felt it clashed with the refreshing nature of the recipe itself. I think next time we'll try it with a lighter pasta like spaghetti. It needs no other modifications in our opinion.
"We really enjoyed this recipe and it certainly was easy enough. Loved the grape tomatoes! However, for some reason, all the cheese globbed together into one big ball and it even stuck to the wooden spoon! I can't figure it out. That part was very disappointing. It would have made the recipe had the cheese been creamy throughout. I feel it needed some sauce too. I added olive oil and heavy cream to help. Wish I knew what happened with the cheese! :)
