Reviewed Slow-Cooker Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup
"This is a great recipe, especially on a cold night. The ginger adds a nice, warm touch to the soup. Just this and a slice of warm bread makes an excellent dinner.""
Reviewed Shrimp Salad with Cucumber and Mint
"This was very tasty and so quick to prepare! The only change I made was to use frozen cooked shrimp instead of raw. A good summer salad."
Reviewed Lemon Chicken Soup with Spaghetti
"I love this recipe! I've made it 3 times in the past 2 weeks. It's tastes like a cross between a Greek lemon soup and good ole home made chicken soup.
On the show, Giada said 1 c of chicken, the recipe says 2. So I've been using about 1 1/2 cups , which seems to work well. And a little ground pepper at the end. Yummy!"
Reviewed Arugula, Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Pizza
"I love this recipe! I just rediscovered it after not making it for a few years, and it was so good tonight! I couldn't get arugula at the store, so I subbed spinach for it. Just as good! "
Reviewed Lebanese Meat-Stuffed Pitas (Arayes
"These were so good! I used 93% lean beef, and a 1/2 tsp of garam masala. Just didn't seem like enough with only 1/4 tsp. They came out nicely browned, crispy and tasted great. My family loved them! I served them as a meal cucumber/mint raita on the side, which we used for dipping. So delicious! I'll be making this again, for sure.
