My Activity

Reviewed Why-the-Chicken-Crossed-the-Road Santa Fe-Tastic Tortilla Soup

"Delicious! I used roasted poblano peppers that I had in the freezer instead of the chipolte and it was so good.""

Feb 20, 2012 on FoodNetwork.com

Reviewed 30 Minute Shepherd's Pie

"I changed the recipe up just a little. I didn't have a regular onion so I used a red onion. I also used too much dried thyme seasoning instead of fresh and it was too much. I think if I would've followed the recipe more closely it would have been even better. I did use cheddar cheese on top which was good.""

Reviewed Slow-Cooker Sweet Potato and Lentil Soup

"Wish I would have read the reviews and used chicken stock but I still liked the soup. It has a very Indian flare to it. Couldn't find yellow or red lentils so I used brown and the only thing that did was make it a brownish color. ""

Reviewed Mexican Lasagna

"This was so delicious! The grocery store didn't have ground chicken or spinach tortillas so I used ground turkey and regular flour tortillas. ""

Reviewed Four-Cheese Pasta With Peas and Ham

"I accidentally scrambled the eggs although it specifically warns against that :( I added a chicken breast for a little variety and I couldn't find fontina at my grocery store so I used baby Swiss chess instead.""
