"I didn't make the potato part, but did the chicken exactly as written and it was AMAZING. I was concerned the stuffing would be salty, but it wasn't. All the flavors work wonderfully together and there is the added bonus of being so easy to make. I liked Alton before, but now am a huge fan!"
