We couldn't stop eating these! I grilled the wings instead of frying and I made the sauce with vermouth instead of mirin. The recipe is super easy and worth doing. I think my family will request these weekly now. "

My family LOVED these ribs. I made too much of the BBQ sauce but I'm glade I did. We used the chioptle glaze on everything including hamburgers and ribeye steaks. I always do a dry rub on my ribs similar to this so I thought the flavors went together well. I can't wait to cook them again.

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and waited two days before we ate it. The meat was fall apart tender but I was so disappointed with the flavor of the sauce. I agree with SPF1313, what happened to the "sweet & spicy" part? It wasn't either. I ended up adding hot sauce and a dab of honey. Maybe I'm just not a fan of ancho chilis.
