This recipe is easy and excellent. The marinade is quick to prepare and then you can forget the pork for several hours. Once you brown the pork, it's in the oven and you can concentrate on your side dishes. My household loved this and we ate the left overs cold on sandwiches. I would highly recommend this dish.
