Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Potatoes

I made these last night and the were delicious. My husband does not like mustard, but he was not able to detect it. I followed the reviews below and reduced heat to 400 degrees. I also used the gold American Baking Pan (they are heavy) and added the onions half way through after tossing them with ground mustard."
