These popovers were very doughy on the inside, rather than sort of hollow and fill-able (you can't fill something already filled) and the texture was wonderful on the outside, but very unappetizing on the inside. I am under the impression that these should have been baked at a slightly lower temperature and possibly started with an already greased...
