Reviewed Pumpkin Soup with Chili Cran-Apple Relish
"Excellent soup! I pureed the soup in my blender after the pumpkin cooked for 10 minutes and before the cream went in. (You have to do it in batches). This made for a creamier, restaurant quality soup. I also added a little pumpkin spice. I highly recommend trying this.
