Reviewed Southwest Turkey Burgers

"I made just the burgers, and I thought they were really interesting. I had to add about 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs to keep them together. The amount of heat was perfect. However, they were a bit dry and I dipped them into BBQ sauce (Trader Joe's). Overall, good flavor and they are a healthy alternative. With a side salad, they are a refreshing meal."

Reviewed Shrimp with Garlic Sauce

"I made this as directed except I didn't have red pepper and I didn't use sugar. I also added several tablespoons of siracha sauce. It really was very good. I always wondered about the proportions for the sauce and this recipe answered the question. My version was obviously spicier than the recipe. Well worth making."

"When I made this, I thought it was just mediocre. I froze it and then de-thawed it a couple of weeks later. Wow, it is so much better! Maybe it takes a day or two for the flavors to fully develop. Anyway, the spices were excellent. I would make this again for sure."

"I love Chinese 5 spice powder, so I really liked these ribs. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it was so sweet! I am not a big fan of sweet asian food. Also, now that I know how fatty pork ribs are, I would not make again."

Reviewed Cold Peanut, Chicken, and Soba Noodle Salad

"Emeril does it again! I doubled the garlic and cilantro because I love them, but this would have been great without them. The sauce has the same ingrediants as the salad, so that is nice. Yum!"
