"This is the third recipe I have made of yours and once again I am very pleased with the results. Very rich and flavorful and like all you recipes I never feel I am "doing it on the cheap". Highly recommend. One tip for readers: Don't sweat the potatoes; I just used a masher and they were fine."
Reviewed Mushroom Soup with Bacon
"For some reason I seem to be making your meals over all others. I am glad tho. Mushroom Soup (1st time mushroom soup ever made was spectacularly excellent. Bacon and sherry put the dish over the top! Couldn't find oyster; used cremini and shittake. Will make again"

"After closely following recipe and cooking for 6 hours we sat down to eat and the results were spectacular! OMG! One of the best meals ever! Before I make a recipe from the Food Network I always read a few reviews and I was kind of taken back by the number of negative reviews on this recipe. I made it nonetheless and am glad I did. I can only surmise those who didn't like this meal are the same people who cook their steaks well-done. NO CLUE!"
