Simple and delicious. I bought fresh pasta at the store instead of making it. Next time I will add a little more garlic since my family loves it. I might add a little bit of basil garnish at the end to compliment it even more. "

I gave this a 4 only because I didn't make the puffs so I can't comment on them. Instead I wrapped the filling in pizza dough cut up small and the flavors were amazing! This was my first time trying Chorizo and Manchego cheese and I am now hooked! Even my picky family loved it. Thank you Anne for this great recipe. Love your shows!

I reduced the amount of wine for this a little since I don't like a strong wine flavor. The first time I made this I made a mistake and bought gouda cheese instead of gruyere...and I think it was better! The gruyere for me made it "stringy" which is ok, but the gouda kept a smooth consistency. Overall no matter what cheese I use, it is asked for over...

This was amazing! I couldn't get morel mushrooms either and substituted others in place of it. The flavor was great! I also added a little more parm because my family loves it. This will now be one of my staples.
