It was a very tasty dip but I like it with more cheese and gooey. I don't think I like the cream cheese hot or something. I'm still looking for the perfect artichoke dip, this isn't it!!"

Well I cooked my chicken on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. It was delish!!! Even my picky husband liked it. I did use Emeril's sauce and just doctored it up a bit. The polenta was creamy and went really well with the dish. This is a keeper!!"

Reviewed Stewed Apples

This recipe is our "new" favorite to serve with pork chops. I never served my family butternut squash before and now we love it. Another vegetable added to our list. I did use the Splenda brand brown sugar just to save some calories. It was "delish" and so easy to make!!! Nothing like warm apples and pork."

I was looking to do something different with my chicken. This was not good. Had a weird taste and I realized I don't like cooked prunes.
