My Activity

"This was a flavorful dinner for sure!! Total hit with my family. I did not make the onions this time will try it next. So good!! This will be great addition to my "what can I do with these chicken breasts" . "

Reviewed Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

"It was a very tasty dip but I like it with more cheese and gooey. I don't think I like the cream cheese hot or something. I'm still looking for the perfect artichoke dip, this isn't it!!"

Reviewed Chicken Parmesan Rollatini

"Well I cooked my chicken on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. It was delish!!! Even my picky husband liked it. I did use Emeril's sauce and just doctored it up a bit. The polenta was creamy and went really well with the dish. This is a keeper!!"

Reviewed Stewed Apples

"This recipe is our "new" favorite to serve with pork chops. I never served my family butternut squash before and now we love it. Another vegetable added to our list. I did use the Splenda brand brown sugar just to save some calories. It was "delish" and so easy to make!!! Nothing like warm apples and pork."

Reviewed Neely's Deviled Chicken

"I was looking to do something different with my chicken. This was not good. Had a weird taste and I realized I don't like cooked prunes.
