"I made these yesterday after opening a large can of pumpkin for cookies, searched for something else to make to use the rest. These are soooo good, more like a cake than a bar. I frosted them in the pan and threw it in the fridge before heading out to work, cut and tasted when I got home and have to say that they are great cold right out of the fridge! So easy to throw together and makes a very large pan. I'm thinking next time I am going to throw in some chocolate chips for fun.....can't go wrong with chocolate right?....:)
