Reviewed Cream of Wild Mushroom Soup

"This soup turned out amazing! Here's what I did to modify it. I make all my soups w/ pureed tofu to get protein in the meal. When I strained the stock, I pureed about 2-4 ladles of stock w/ the vegetables from making the stock and 1 pkg of soft tofu making sure to puree completely.
