"Well- I had some distractions! I have become quite fond of audiobooks and listen whenever I have time. Cooking is a good time to listen- usually! However, Rachel had to compete with 50 Shades Book 2 and I was completely involved in this book while trying to mutlitask this recipe. Let's just say that the Man-icotti became Man- asagna ! I overcooked"
