So easy and delicious. Ina can always be counted on for quality, flavourful dishes! However, when I initially looked at this recipe the fact someone gave it two stars threw me off. I guess there's always going to be that person who can find something wrong with anything. For our family it was perfect. I'd definitely recommend this recipe!

I used this recipe strictly for the ricotta gnocchi. We did not make the sausage sauce, instead just roasted some cherry tomatoes, pancetta, shallots, garlic and combined with a brown butter and tossed together and topped off with fresh parmesan and basil. It was soooo tasty!

This is a great fresh tasting summer salad; I make it all the time!

I make it more of a salad by adding lettuce and depending on the mood other veggies.

The dressing is so delicious I use it regularly on other salads as well.
