Reviewed Cinnamon and Orange Creme Brulee

These are chilling as we speak, so i can't say for sure whether they will be delicious (although they smell amazing). My comment is that the recipe says to whisk together the eggs/sugar mixture with the cooled cream. Don't do this! My brulee was looking very "lumpy" in the oven - not the smooth silky texture you expect. A quick google search ...
