"Thanks Emeril for this great yet simple recipe; also, thanks a lot for all the ladies that write reviews, they are very helpful. I used butter instead, three bananas, and more cinnnnammonnnonnon (lol. The only problem is my oven not working properly but my landlord says that as long as the stove "works" she will not change it hence I have to stay ""
Reviewed Pasta with Pumpkin and Sausage
"I have very much enjoyed this recipe although I do not know anything about the salad that the previous person (azmomsy) is talking about... and I am a salad lover... could you please post the name of the salad so I can look it up? Returning to the topic, I did not have the sausage but I finely chopped up some that I had in the fridge. I did not have white wine handy but in spite of all that, I think this is an excellent comfort food dish. Loved it.

"Loved this recipe and it is very simple to make. Thanks Giada. For garlic lovers, I just added 1 garlic clove.
Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings
"I am Mexican and this is the first time I've cooked this dish and it was very good! I gave it a twist though because in the biscuit mix I added a Serrano pepper, some garlic powder and a pinch of salt and the dumplings were amazing. Next time I would try to add some Parmesan cheese. I also made a mistake, I put more Rosemary than the desired and the flavor was a bit strong. I used fresh poultry herbs.

Reviewed Crostata with Apples, Walnuts and Gorgonzola
"I think I have made a mistake while baking this dish because I placed the rack in the third level of the oven from top to bottom and the dough was still uncooked and my apples were a little burnt thus I would like to ask if anyone can help me with this issue because filling wise, it is just delicious and I'd like to try baking this again. I have three more questions though: Should I poke with a fork the bottom before placing the filling?, Should I use flower to roll out the dough? and Should I take the dough out of the fridge and let it stand there for a few minutes?... PLEASE HELP! :(
