Delicious! To make the recipe a little more low fat, I used less bacon and no heavy cream and it still tastes great (just like my favorite restaurant's version).

Reviewed Crab burgers with Celery Root Remoulade Slaw

I love how easy this recipe is, and being able to make the crab cakes ahead of time definitely helps. I do cut back on all the mayo and sour cream, and use light for each, and the slaw is still super creamy. I also buy a bag of shredded carrots and cabbage and use that, rather than the celery root, to save time.

Reviewed Chinese Spaghetti and Meatballs

I tried this recipe twice. The first time I followed what she said to do and the meatballs came out dry and the allspice flavor was too strong. The second time I browned the meatballs first, then finished cooking in the oven, cut back on the allspice, and used panko bread crumbs instead of rice cereal. They definitely tasted better the second time....

I thought the chicken was good, but maybe I should have salted the chicken legs before breading (however, I did forget to salt the flour so maybe that would have been enough). I also felt like putting the oil on the baking sheet made the chicken a little soggy. Next time I might cook it on a cooling rack to keep it from getting soggy."
