The rub and the cooking method could not have been easier. I used St. Louis style ribs. I baked them wrapped in foil for 1 1/2 hrs. “Absolutely wonderful! Not only was it delicious but so simple and quick. I added a clove of smashed garlic to the cream while it was reducing/thickening to add a "hint" of garlic flavor. This is definately a keeper! "”
