Reviewed no-knead cloverleaf rolls

Nov 17, 2014 on

I just made a "tester" batch of these rolls. They are easy and delicious. I rolled the dough balls a little smaller than I believe Ree intended based on the baking time given. I baked them for about 14 minutes and took them out when they were golden brown.
This was so successful that I will be making them for Thanksgiving. There...

Reviewed My Super Simple Spaghetti Sauce

I was searching for a recipe for easy pasta sauce and this did the trick! I was a bit skeptical when I saw the limited ingredients but figured I';d give a try. The only thing I did different was finely chop about 1/4 finely diced onion, 2 cloves of garlic and sautéed them in a bit of olive oil before adding the rest of the ingredients....

I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try. I followed the recipe as written. It was very good. I did use a large round mug and microwaved for 1:30. Next time I will add a few chocolate chips to the batter and maybe use a bit more cocoa powder. My husband and I shared one and it was just enough to satisfy my chocolate craving.

The rub and the cooking method could not have been easier. I used St. Louis style ribs. I baked them wrapped in foil for 1 1/2 hrs. I finished one rack on the grill with doctored up store bought bbq sauce. The other rack I basted with the sauce and finished under the broiler. Both were delish! It's a keep...

Reviewed Fettuccine Alfredo

Absolutely wonderful! Not only was it delicious but so simple and quick. I added a clove of smashed garlic to the cream while it was reducing/thickening to add a "hint" of garlic flavor. This is definately a keeper! "
