it was VERY tasty, but i couldn't get the cream to firm up, even after whipping up another bowl of cream separately and adding it in - AND mixing it for about 15 minutes!! finally i just put it in a pretty pitcher and poured it over the cake. i don't know if there was too much juice - the lemon i used was REALLY big - or what. my book club ladies...
