Reviewed Butterscotch Pudding with Brown Sugar Shortbread Cookies

"Tasty recipe. I used half and half and 2% milk for the pudding and 2 tsp. vanilla extract instead of butterscotch schnapps and it came out wonderful. I can't believe I made pudding from scratch and it was so easy. I do think it needed salt and I added half a teaspoon to brighten things up. Shortnread was good and went well with pudding, but I lear""

Reviewed Buttermilk Biscuits

"One Word: AMAZING! Absolutely the best biscuits I've tasted. Tender, flaky, and flavorful! Better than the restaurant in town known for their biscuits! I know this recipe will become a staple in my home. Note: Added 2 tsp. sugar, substituted shortening with additional butter and as stated, they came out amazing!""

Reviewed Beef Tenderloin in Salt Crust

"An absolute show stopper! I make this for holiday meals because it is a fool proof way to season and cook your tenderloin perfectly. Definitely use your thermometer and check to make sure it's inserted deep enough so it doesn't slide out of the meat when it firms up in the cooking process. It makes tener, flavorful beef each time. No one believes ""

Reviewed Chocolate White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

"Delicious easy cookie. It's a nice change from the 'usual' drop cookie flavors. Not my favorite cookie ever, but a good recipe to have for occasional use. I would recommend using an air bake sheet so the bottoms of the cookies stay soft and not crispy. 15 Minutes was the perfect bake time on the airbake, but I'd say 14 minutes on regular sheet.""

Reviewed Chive Biscuits

"These biscuits were easy to whip us for breakfast sandwiches, but didn't hold up well leftover. So eat them while they're fresh! I love the simple ingredient list. I never have butter milk in the house and was so happy the recipe didn't call for any. Thanks, Ina!""

Reviewed Lady and Sons' Chicken in Wine Sauce

"This recipe is a piece of cake and tastes so good paired with egg noodles. I have made this many times. It is requested often by my boyfriend for a week night dinner and I make a big batch for guests and they're always 'wowed'. My only tip is to pound the chicken thin so it cooks more evenly. This has gone into my permanent recipe rotation. Thanks""

Reviewed Sweet Strawberry Tartlets

"Delicious and EASY! My boyfriend LOVED this dessert. It was sweet but not too sweet and so creamy and the crust was delicious too! I used a pie pan and made a pie instead of tartlets. I would recommend using the tartlets because it doesn't cut well due to the consistency of the filling, but still amazing and I will make it again!I used light cream cheese and light sour cream and it was perfect.
