Reviewed Peanut Butter Cookies with Blackberry Jam
"These cookies are really delicious and sophisticated enough to serve a small party of adults. I once forgot to put the jam on prior to baking (oops!) the cookies and was pleasantly surprised by the texture by not cooking the jam. The jam does tend to not set up as well this way, though."
