"This recipe was delicious, very very rich that. I served it over wild mushroom ravioli and sauteed green beans with pan seared salmon. A little of the sauce goes along way. I am on a budget so I added diced baby portabella mushrooms to the sauce with the garlic and shallots in wine as a sub for shaved truffle.
