Made the brisket yesterday for company. It was quite good and I received a lot of compliments.......also request for recipe. I thought it was a tad dry, but no one agreed with me. It made the house smell terrific. I should have saved all the left over cooking broth instead of throwing away, but I wasn't sure what I would do with it. Definitely...
