Reviewed Banana Pancakes

“The batter was very thick, leading to pretty substantial pancakes. The only thing I did differently was to put the slices of banana straight onto my griddle and then put the batter over, so they were able to get a bit caramelized. I also mixed in 1 banana into the batter for more banana-ness. Yummy!
