Reviewed Smoky Pork Calzones
"I had to tinker with the recipe. I used premade dough in a can because this was a last minute dinner decision. My homemade dough definitely would have been better. I also used Spanish chorizo which I chopped and added to the ground pork. Instead of mozzarella, I used manchego cheese. My children loved it.
