I had every intention of following the recipe to the letter, with the exception of using red wine instead of the vinegar. My 6 year old, being grounded for the weekend, decided to be my shadow in the kitchen, talking nonstop, completely distracting me. I accidentally overdid the tomato paste, using 1 1/2 cans. I have no idea how I got there! T"
