Great dessert, but my family agrees that the espresso panna cotta by Giada is better than the ricotta cappucino. **Also, make sure to use confectioner's sugar in this recipe!**

Most simultaneously easy and delicious dessert I have ever made. Instead of espresso powder, I've found that instant coffee, like a packet of Starbucks Via, works just as well. It can easily serve 3-4 so don't bother doubling it unless you plan on eating a ton of it. It's meant to be a small dessert.

I really love this dish. It's so fast and easy to make. As long as you thoroughly coat the dumplings with the flour and lower them in with a ladle, you will have no issues with them falling apart.
